PLACEHOLDER TICKETS

FOR FESTIVAL PASSES AND NATTPASS

Festival Passes and Nattpass 1 & 2 grant access to the festival area but do not guarantee entry if a venue is at full capacity. Even if a stage is full or sold out, admission may often become available later during the concert. If you want to be completely sure of getting into a concert, you can purchase seat/entry tickets (NOK 50) for selected concerts in the Hallen at USF.

The placeholder ticket can be purchased as an add-on when buying a new Festival Pass or Nattpass 2. Upon entry, you present your wristband and the placeholder ticket will be scanned.

Applies to Nattpass 2 and Festival Pass (inc Unseen pass)

WHAT DO I DO IF I PURCHASED A FESTIVAL PASS OR NATTPASS 2 BEFORE PLACEHOLDER TICKETS BECAME AVAILABLE?

Follow the link below for the type of pass you have.
Enter the reference code (5 letters) from your ticket in the promo code field,
click “Apply code”, and view the available seat/entry tickets.

Note: You must enter the reference code for each individual ticket—not the group code (6 letters) if you purchased multiple tickets at the same time.

You can only purchase the same number of tickets as you have a Festival Pass or Nattpass. If you have purchased more than the number available, or purchased in multiple batches with different reference codes, you will need to purchase tickets multiple times.
