The saxophonist of saxophonists!
Chris Potter is arguably the most formidable secret in international music. He has steadily released albums under his own name—establishing him as one of the most influential voices in modern jazz and one of the most imitated saxophonists on the planet. As a world-class composer, bandleader, and soloist, he has released 15 albums, while other artists—from Herbie Hancock and John Scofield to Steely Dan and Larry Carlton—have competed to collaborate with him on what has become more than 100 recordings as a sideman. Joining him are Matt Brewer (Lee Konitz, Aaron Parks) and Kendrick Scott (Blue Note All-Stars).
